Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is right now locked in a crucial meeting with leaders of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in what is thought to be aimed at resolving the crisis of confidence in the ruling party.
Present in the meeting taking place in the Vice President’s office in the Presidential Villa are Senate President Bukola Saraki, APC National Leader, Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Yusuf Lasun; Secretary to Government of the Federation, Babagana Babachir and former National Chairman of the APC, Chief Bisi Akande.
Others are Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State, Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu, among others.
The meeting which started at about 11a.m is described as private and waiting reporters have been instructed not to ask questions when they emerge at the end of the session.
